The Village of Mamaroneck Fire Department is an ALL VOLUNTEER fire department and were are always looking for new members. In addition, we are holding a special event on Sunday, April 14th in conjunction with the Firefighters Association of the State of New York's Annual Recruit NY initiative to increase participation in the fire service. The Village of Mamaroneck Fire Department will be hosting an open house at 146 Palmer Avenue from 11am - 3 pm. Stop by to learn more about your fire department, the services it provides as well as how you can be a part of this vital organization. During this event, you will have the opportunity to tour the apparatus, see equipment demonstrations, and most importantly, speak with members from all walks of life who give time to serving. Those interested in joining will be able to fill interest forms out on site and learn more about the training you would receive once elected into the organization.
