Members Provide Mutual Aid to Harrison For Structure Fire.

On Saturday 10/23/21 at 21:08 hours, The Village of Mamaroneck Fire Department was requested to provide mutual aid for the Town of Harrison Fire Department while operating at a structure fire on Sterling Road. Members from multiple Companies in the VMFD assembled at Fire Station 1 (146 Palmer Ave.) to answer the mutual aid request. Subsequently, Engine 42 responded to the scene with a full crew. Upon arrival, members assisted the Harrison Fire Department with scene operations including ventilation, extinguishment and overhaul. The VMFD was released by the Harrison Incident Commander after the scene was placed under control.
