On Sunday, November 15th, 2020, the members of Union #1 of Mamaroneck and Rye Neck Hook and Ladder Co#1 honored its senior member Ex-Chief Radames Brendolan with an award for 60 years of dedicated and continuous service with the Village of Mamaroneck Fire Department.

Ex-Chief Brendolan who is a World War II veteran and at 97 years young, still maintains an active influence in the department embodies the character and virtues that every member within our ranks looks to emulate.

The residents of the Village of Mamaroneck and membership of the VMFD are truly humbled to call you family and we thank you for all of your years of dedicated service.
