- Purchasers
possession of this ticket understands and agrees to each of the
following Terms and Conditions:
- This ticket is not
for sale or to be possessed in any jurisdiction or location where such
sale or possession may be illegal. All purchases are made in the Village
of Mamaroneck, Westchester County, New York.
- The Village of Mamaroneck Fire Department is the sole operator of
this raffle and reserves the right to modify any aspect of this raffle
as it deems appropriate.
- The Village of Mamaroneck Fire Department may at its discretion
cancel this raffle and return any monies paid for the purchase of this
ticket to person(s) named on the ticket with no further obligation to
anyone.
- Only the person(s) named on the ticket, as purchaser(s) of the
ticket will be paid. In the event that multiple names appear on any
ticket each person on the ticket will receive an equal share of any
prize money associated with that ticket.
- In the event that an attempt is made to purchase a ticket with a
check, which does not clear, the attempt of purchase is deemed VOID with
no purchase or sale having been completed.
- The purchaser(s) or possessor(s) of this ticket understand that
the Fire Chief of the Village of Mamaroneck Fire Department has always
and will retain total control over every aspect of this raffle. The
purchaser(s) or possessor(s) of this ticket agrees to hold harmless the
Village of Mamaroneck, the Village of Mamaroneck Fire Department, its
volunteers, employees, assistants, Big Bucks Raffle Committee members,
and insurance companies from any claim arising out of the operation of
this raffle or any act emanating from it, before any judicial body,
court or hearing board anywhere, in any municipality in any state or
providence anywhere at any time ever.
- The drawing will be held on March 17, 2005.
- No more than 1,000 tickets will be sold.
- Prizes raffled off beginning with the Grand Prize.
- Purchaser(s) or possessor(s) must be 19 years of age or older.
- Not responsible for any typographical errors that may appear on
this ticket.
